Guided Path Senior Care is a private-pay practice. We do not accept Medicare, Medicaid, or private insurance.
Silver Care Package
Ideal for seniors who need occasional nursing oversight and family reassurance.
The Silver Care Package provides monthly support from a Registered Nurse to help monitor health, identify concerns early, and keep families informed.
